Thank you for your interest in Townhouse Apartments! Please check back in February for an update on the 2018-19 Lease Term. Please provide your contact information if you are interested in an update.

Most lease terms are 1-year and the security deposit $700.
Appointments are recommended but not required.

You can pay your application fee and security deposit online by clicking here. We also accept check or money order, which can be dropped off in person or mailed to the office.

A guarantor is one, such as a person or corporation, that makes or gives a promise, assurance, or pledge typically relating to quality, durability, or performance. You will need to submit a Lease Contact Guarantor form with provided proof of income. The form must be notarized and mailed or dropped off in person. This form can be faxed, scanned/emailed, mailed or dropped off in person.
No, but we highly recommend it, as it covers your personal possessions inside the apartment.
Residents pay water/sewer, electric, and gas. Prior to move-in, residents must establish accounts with utility companies:

Duke Energy – 1-800-777-9898

Currently, AM3 Cable and Internet service is included in the rent. Residents may pay for service with another provider such as Time Warner or ATT should they desire. You do not need to contact them-service is already on. Contact for any issues: AM3 – 1-866-263-3241

We accept both cats and dogs. We reserve the right to approve pets and restrict aggressive breeds.  NO pets over 20lbs. One pet per unit.  A $300.00 non refundable fee charged for each pet.  Fee is due immediately upon acquiring pet. 
Rent is due on the 1st of every month. If rent is not paid by the 5th at 5pm, a late fee will be assessed; should rent continue to be unpaid, eviction proceedings will begin.

Weather permitting, Memorial Day to Labor Day
With proof of valid registration, residents may purchase a Town House parking permit for $600.  Only vehicles with current and valid parking permit are allowed on grounds.  All others will be towed.
The entrance to the community laundry rooms are across and down the stairs from 3D, 9D, and 13D.

Roommate changes/sublease admin fee is $100.00.  Lessee may sublet with prior written consent from Landlord.  This process does not release Lessee from obligation of lease contract.  All applicants must submit an application.  Upon approval, both parties are required to sign a sublet agreement.  This can be done online, in person, of via USPS.  Please discuss with all roommates in advance as a courtesy to all involved.
